"It depresses me that no matter how hard I try at life, it never seems to be enough for the world around me. All I want is to be happy. In a world ruled by red-tape and tyranny though, happiness seems to be a dwindling possibility."
"I'm afraid to admit to myself that I might be 'so over' my job that I've had for over 8 years."
"I'm upset that I don't call my grandparents every week, knowing they're not here
"I'm tired of people constantly complaining that they don't know what's going on,
when they haven't checked their email (or Facebook!) for weeks…"
"I hate that everyone cries when they simply look at me because my mother passed
away 8 months ago, I'm ok, stop crying!!"

Want to plan your own Destruction Party? We'd love to hear about it!
Send us an email about your experience, and we'll share it on the website.
To plan your own Destruction Party, all you really need is:
- An assortment of plates, tea cups, saucers, vases…or whatever
ceramics suit your fancy!
- An outdoor location with a wall.
- We'd recommend protective eye gear.
If you live in the Los Angeles area, consider donating the shards from
your Destruction Party to the organization Piece by Piece (www.piecebypiece.org). They take the leftover pieces and teach under-
privileged persons how to turn those shards into new works of art!
